Main Frame

High-strength low-alloy structural steel (Q355 grade), CNC laser-cut to tolerance and robotically MIG-welded. Electrostatic powder-coated finish resists corrosion across seasons.

Cutter Blades

High-carbon tool steel (65Mn), heat-treated to HRC 48–52. Each blade is precision-ground for flatness to ensure consistent shear contact. The 34-blade array on 9GD-2.5 models covers the full 2.5 m cut path without gaps.

Gearbox & Driveshaft

Forged alloy steel gears, ground to ISO class 7 tolerances. Oil-bath lubrication with sealed bearings extends service intervals beyond 500 operating hours without overhaul.

Rake Teeth (9GL Series)

Spring-steel wire teeth, heat-set for consistent elasticity. 42–78 teeth depending on model, spaced 71 mm apart for clean gathering without soil contamination.
